How to edit required fields in Actions to map to external data?

Hi there,

I fond a flwh rks grea for adding a new subscriber to a MailChimp list from an update to a Sharepoint lit. However, I have  a number of merge tags in MailChimp that are mapped to the Sharepoint List, including the ones in the picture that are denoted by red arrows. However, I can't figure out how to set the Flow so that, when one of those fields is updated in the Sharepoint list, the corresponding one is also updated on the Contact's profile in the merge tags. Does that make sense?

Here's how it looks when it comes across in MailChimp. Fields_not_mapping.png

Re: How to edit required fields in Actions to map to external data?

Hi WVanCleave,

It seems that the "AppliedUserName" and "AppliedPassword" can be filled in the other fields but cannot be used to identify the corresponding list item.

You could post this idea in the Flow Ideas forum, so it might be considered for future releases.

If the "Member email" is also available in the SharePoint List, you could specify that as an input to your Mailchimp action as well.
