How to format the email with "Send email with options"

Hi

May I know how to format the email, if using "Send Email with options" in Flow
Because the email looks a mess currently

In that case, add <br> wherever you want to split the line and Select Yes in dropdown for Use only HTML message.

To resolve this, copy the Request By Representative Claims dynamic content and place it inside the expression:
last(split(items('Apply_to_each')?['Author']?['Claims'],'|'))
The highlighted part needs to be replaced with the Request By Representative Claims value.

@yashag2255  thanks for the reply, but I would like to insert "Break line" in between the fields

 

it looks like all the fields are in the same line
