How to get a user input then trigger the Power automate flow from share point.

For example i need to take email as a user input...

For Ex..

1. "User A " trigger the power automate flow,
2. flow prompts the user to enter email id,
3. based on the email id entered power automate flow triggers the process ,
4. send approval notification to the user email entered

A Microsoft forms response can be a valid entry point.

Or, you can design a PowerApp.

An instant flow, manually triggered, can do the trick, since you can customize input

Sharepoint Triggers 'When an item is selected' or 'When a file is selected', since you can also customize inputs

Onedrive trigger 'When a file is selected'

I believe in the coming months a new trigger 'When a message is selected' will be available for Teams
