How to get an attachment from a list item in SharePoint and send in an email

I've tried using the Get Attachments before the Send email. I get the email with the attachment in the email (looking good so far) but the file size is wrong (it's merely bytes big) and when I try to load the attachment from the email it says the document is corrupted.

Here's what I'm doing:

Hi @cardinalpipkin,

Please add the action “Get attachment content” under the action “Get attachments”. Then select the dynamic content Attachment content from the action Get attachment content.
