How to get attachments from CDS in Flow and attach to an email?

I have a flow that triggers when an new item is created in the CDS database. The entity allows for attachments and what I'm trying to do is get that attachment and send it in an email. I already know how to send an email with an attachment, I'm just wondering if there's any way to get the attachment from my CDS entity in Flow?

Is there any dynamic content here that will hold the attachments? Is it in Body? I don't see any dynamic content saying attachments.

Attachments are stored under Annotations (Notes Entity). Here you can access the filename and document content.

Yes you can. Try using CDS > Get Item > Select Entity > Notes

Hi @Mgodby ,

Please try to refer to the following methods.

• Use List records to get the corresponding records in the Notes entity.
• Determine whether the Regarding is equal to the record id contained in the specified entity. I am using the Account entity as an example.
• Then you can get the file name and file content.
