How to get question formulation from Forms?

Hi all,

I created a simple form.

Then I created flow which gets responses from this form and puts it into blob storage.

But inside the file I see something like hash instead of questions.

Is it possible to get questions? I mean questions' values (formulations) such as "This is Question 1" and etc. In other words I want to create files with the next content:

{
"This is Question 1": 333,
"This is Question 2": 3,
"This is Question 3": 3,
"This is Question 4": 3
}

Hi @jayrumi

What you are seeing there is an internal GUID for the question. The get response details will show exactly the same in the output history.

If you want to have your own format you can use a compose and concat:

concat('Question1:',outputs('Get_response_details')?['body/r4a05a5f7a3324df28e554bc76874b542'],'Question2:',outputs('Get_response_details')?['body/responder']) etc etc.

Hi @jayrumi

You have started of right in that you have the get response details.  When you come to saving the single response to a file, I would have chosen a list or get file, update file (to a sharepoint file - csv even).  Blob is going to cost $$.

When you look at the dynamic fields available, the answers to your q's should be selectable.  I have used compose to put together a CSV line containing q1, responders email and submission time below.  Is this what you are looking for?

You could take the content from the compose and save it to a CSV file using get file and update file OR save the dynamic fields individually to a list that you create.

@DamoBird365 , thank you for the answer! I've edited my question and now it may be more understandable what I need.
