How to get "Successful" flow using Configure Run After "has failed" box checked.

When an item is modified in the SharePoint list, I want the flow to email the user's manager.  When there is no manager (Azure Active Directory manager field is left blank), I want a similar email to go to our HR person.  I used the "Configure Run After" option to get the flow to work at the "Get Manager" step.  It seems to go smoothly.  An email is getting to the manager, when there is one... and the HR person is getting an email when there is no manager.  The problem is that when the flow is finished, it is marked as FAILED.  Is there a way for the flow to finish as SUCCESSFUL?

Add a terminate action after the email is sent to the HR person and set it to Successful.  That will complete the flow at that point, but mark it as successful.
