How to get the use who changed the drop-down menu

Hello All,


I'm new to the flow, can anyone help how to know who change /select the choices from a drop-down menu and get his name ( display name ) in another column 


if i have a SharePoint list wilt a drop-down column ( approve / deny )how can I get who select the dropdown menu and present his name in another column as the approver

It sounds as though what you want to do is this:  Create a Flow the runs when an item has changed that checks to see if the column with the drop down value is not empty and the value of the approver is empty - you could also use a trigger filter for this rather than a condition.  If the condition returns as true, then insert the value from the Last Modified By column in the approver column.

I think only way to find this out is who modified the list item.. 


Go through below video of April Dunnam where she explains a new action that can track changes to the ListItem and can tell if a particular column changed or not.
