Hi team,
I have built an app in Powerapps where employees order lunch menu and saves data into a sharepoint list. The list contains the following information:
I'd like to build a build a flow which sends an automatic email every day. At the moment, the email we are sending manually contains the following information grouped by Dish.
The automatic email should contain the same information grouped by Dish, with the sum of the total people ordering the dish and the initials of the people who ordered (just as you can see in the above picture).
NOTICE: Sometimes employees order 2 First courses and dessert or 2 Main courses and dessert. So there are some cases when a dish is saved in the First course column and other times the same dish can be saved on the Main Course column.
I can't figure out how to do this on Power Automate, so any help would be appreciated.
Many thanks,
Sandro
Hi there. Take a look at this article, I think it gets pretty close to what you are trying to do:
Group By and Sum in Power Automate / Flow
It picks up where the "list" already exists, so you could tack this at the end of your "Get Items" from your SharePoint action.
Keep us posted.
