How to include users that are part of a group in Kaizala

Dear All.

I need to know how to automatically add users that are already part of a group in Kaizala into a newly created group.

Currently I managed to sent an announcement from a Kaizala group and Flows is then triggered based on that announcement and creates a new group based on the announcement header.

The issue are:-

1. New group is created but it’s some how outside the Organization as such I need to move it manually. I need to have flow do it automatically.

2. Once the group is created I am not able to get flow to automatically add users into this newly created group.

Much appreciated if someone can advice how to go about doing this.

Please review the Actions for the Kaizala connector, and you'll notice that there is not a Move group action available. However, there is a Group type parameter available for the Create a Group action.

If you review the Kaizala group troubleshooting documentation, you'll notice that you must make a group organizational from the management portal.

So, your only real option for automating this is to Create a subgroup of an organizational group. If this is functionality you would like to see added to the Kaizala connector, please consider submitting it to the Flow Ideas page, where it can be voted on by other users, and tracked and commented on by the Flow team.
