How to list all unsigned tasks in Planner (Bucket)

Hi everyone!

I am facing a trouble with a flow model (create-a-daily-summary-of-planner-tasks-by-bucket).

I trying to list all my tasks in bucket using a flow model but unsigned tasks do not appear in list.

However if I have a only one assigned task in the bucket all unsigned tasks are listed in bucket.

Do you have any idea of how to solve? I really appreciate your thoughts.

If you need some information, please send me a message, so I can reply quickly.

Best Regards

Bruno

Hi @Anonymous ,

From your screenshot, you added Assigned to / Assigned by to the variable.

In fact, not all tasks have been assigned to members, so unassigned tasks are ignored.

You could try the following methods to improve Flow.

  • Create a new string variable to store the AssignedTo.
  • Use the Get user profile action to get the name of the Assigned to user and append it to the AssignedTo variable.
  • You need to clear the AssignedTo variable at the end of the If yes branch.

Note the structure inside the If yes branch.

Hope it helps.

Hi @Anonymous ,

I'm afraid I'm confused about your question. Do the unsigned tasks you mentioned refer to tasks that have not been assigned?

If so, do you want to get all tasks including tasks that are not assigned or just get all tasks that are not assigned?

In addition, I checked the template you mentioned, there is no filter in it to exclude unassigned tasks, it will get all tasks.

Please provide more details so that we could provide a proper workaround for you.
