How to make 'Link to item' into a hyperlink in Email

I am sending an email through power automate. In the email 'Link to item' dynamic content is used. I want to make this link into a hyperlink. How can I do this? Normal links can be made into hyperlink, but since this is a dynamic content when I tried to add it as a hyperlink it was not working. Any idea how to do this?

I want the Link to item dynamic content circled in blue to be made it into a hyperlink. So I want to insert this dynamic link to the word 'here' that is in the red circled space.
