How to make an app from a power automate flow

I've created a flow for an approval process for faculty leave requests.  I'm wanting to make this into an app so that faculty can submit the request from their phone.

Is there a way to just create the app utilizing the flow I've already created (or at least most of the flow with a different trigger)?

The current trigger is the submission of a form - so I guess, how do I create an app that triggers the form to be submitted, then follow the same flow as I created previously?

Thank you!  I'm new to this app and I'm not familiar yet!

Here is the flow (without details).

Thank you in advance!

Yes, if you have a flow that takes the form responses and saves them to SharePoint you can create an app that will access the SharePoint list directly.

Great to know! I'll start with that then and skip the form and go directly to sharepoint!

The problem is there is no way to use Power Apps to fill in and submit the form.  You can launch the form from a power app, but at that point you are in the form app, not Power Apps.  You could create a Power App with the same questions as the form and have that kick off a copy of the flow with a different trigger where the Power App fields are passed to the flow directly.  Everything else in the flow would be the same.

So really, I could just have them save the forms to their phone.

Can I create an app that would go to the same sharepoint file "list" that the form flows into?

That will also require making changes to the flow for approvals as well.
