Re: How to make new excel by ms flow

Hi @NewOne,

I have made a test on my side. Currently, there is no trigger that can trigger Flow when adding excel files to SharePoint.

But you could first configure When a file is created, and then use Condition to determine whether the file extension contains ".xlsx".  If include, continue to execute Flow.

In addition, we could use Get worksheets to get all the worksheets, but can't add them to other excel files.

If you want to the function to be supported in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

Maybe you could consider using Get file content-Create file to achieve your needs. This is equivalent to adding everything in the uploaded excel file to a new excel file.

Expression:

endsWith(triggerBody()?['{FilenameWithExtension}'],'.xlsx')
