Re: How to map dynamics 365 value with Share point list?

Hi @MahakJain ,

You could consider using WDL functions in the flow.

I have made a simple scenario for your reference.

If the button input is Existing customer, returns EC, otherwise, returns NB.

The function I am using is:

if(equals(triggerBody()['text'],'Existing customer'),'EC','NB')

Then you could use the output of the compose action in the following actions.

More details about WDL functions for your reference:

Best regards,

Mabel

Re: How to map dynamics 365 value with Share point list?

Hi @MahakJain ,

What’s the column types for corresponding Lookup, OptionSet and two options field in SharePoint list?

Per my certain test, I found that Lookup value from Dynamics could not be saved to a Lookup column in SharePoint list, however, they could be saved to Choices, and Yes/No fields without issues.

Please take a try with Choice type of column on your side.

Hope this could be helpful.

Best regards,

Mabel

Re: How to map dynamics 365 value with Share point list?

@v-yamao-msft  thanks for quick response!!

I am new to share point and Microsoft flows. We have look up, Choice type of fields in sharepoint but I have doubt regarding mapping. for example I have Revenue Type in Dynamics 365 as well as in Sharepoint. Now the fields are different so based on expression like IF(D365(Revenue Type == Existing Customer, New Buisness)) Set Revenue Type in sharepoint as EC, NB. How can I achieve this in Microsoft flows? I know about Condition but I have so many fields where I need to set Sharepoint value based on Dynamics 365 field's value.

Is there any way we can set sharepoint field value based on some dynamics value?

Re: How to map dynamics 365 value with Share point list?

Thanks, It worked!! I am using below expression for dynamics 365 option set value comparision

if(equals(triggerBody()['new_revenuetype'],100000000),'ECNB',if(equals(triggerBody()['new_revenuetype'],100000001),'ECEB','NCNB'))

new_revenuetype is the schema name of the dynamics field and '100000000 and 100000001' are the optionset values. ECEB and NCNB are the sharepoint picklist values.
