How to prevent flow from running multiple instances?

My flow works on a single file on OneDrive and should not be allowed to start another run while it's already running or that poor file is going to get raped by all sorts of changes trying to be done to it.

The flow is manually triggered by a button by users.

The users are typical users who would click a button multiple times if it looks like nothing has responded within 0.12s. I'd prefer to make my flow more robust than to try to change that kind of user behaviour.

Is there a way to make a flow single instance only?

(My alternative was to make my flow create a copy of that file and work on the copy instead, while leaving the original file as a template and not touching it. However, because I need to add rows to a table, I need to specific the table name for the fields to show up in the Flow editor, so that I can populate them with the relevant values. I can make Flow create a copy of the file but the Flow editor is unable to pick up on the table name and fields for a file that's only created at run time.)

Hi @Lexicron -

You can limit the amount of parallel Flows that are running by utilizing the concurrency controls in the trigger settings:

This will queue up multiple runs instead of having them run all at once.
