How to send Email Approvals to Different Groups using Power Automate

I would like to create flow where Approvals are sent to distinct groups depending on who the request is for.

E.g.  If request is for tenant A, then send Approval to Group A11

If request is for tenant B, then send Approval to Group A12

If request is for tenant C, then send Approval to Group A13

and so on (there are about ten conditions)

I have found this on the web How to send approval requests to groups in Microsoft Flow - Alex Tofan's blog

which shows how to set up Email groups in Power Automate which works - but there is a lot of repetition in each of the 10-switch statements as the email is the same format, the only thing that changes is who to send the Approval to.

Is there a more simpler way of doing this?

Thanks

You would only set the variable in each of the switch statements. the approval action happens after you have determined who to send it to - the article you provided is a great solution, perhaps you have got some actions in the wrong place - you should only need 1 approval action
