Hi, all
who can help me solve this problem? I had read the article that named "send mail to random persons" but it cant help me.
1. Owner will receive the user's mail
2. Owner assign the CSR (five people in sequence) to handle
3. Owner create the mission in the planner (also assign CSR)
4. Owner reply user the mail (content: XXX will help you solve this problem)

Hi @BonnieTseng,
The To field is a string of emails separated by ";", so you can use the split() function to convert it into an array.
Create a task but not assign it to any user. After getting the array of email, then create an Apply to each action to loop through the Emails array, for example:

Hi, Thanks for your reply.
I don't know how to define the parameter which can make system assign CSR in sequence, because i just use "email to" in test now.
Hi @BonnieTseng
You need to insert the user's emails separated by a semi-colon ";". Something like "a@gmail.com;b@gmail.com"
You can use the concatenate function to achieve this.
Then the connector will take care of things for you can convert to the correct IDs and save it to Planner.

Hi, thanks for your reply.
for example, we have five persons (A,B,C,D,E).
I want to assign to A person in the first time, B person in the second time, C person in the third time .... next time D person.
Does this function (concatenate function) to achieve this? thanks
Hi @BonnieTseng
That's quite different. You want to do a round-robin between all of them correct?
In that case you need to store the "next person in line" somewhere. This is quite easy in SharePoint. You can have a list with the name of the people and the order. Then store the order number and pick the next one in line and add the email address of the corresponding person.
Makes sense?
