Hi
I have made a Form from Excel where you can first chose which department you want to ask something, and second part where you can write your question.
Now I am trying to create a Flow where email would be set to chosen department from the Flow.
On the sceenshot bellow from the value in Condition I can only choose the questions from the form but not acctual option.
I found somewhere that here you have to pick "choice" but it is not given to me to choose.
Let me know if some more data is needed
Thank you
Regards
Solved! Go to Solution.
You need to manually enter the choice yourself.
All of the questions from Forms should be available to you in Dynamic properties, including choice (option) questions. You may need to click on "see more" by the group heading in Dynamic properties in order to have all questions available to you.
All you need to do is to reference the column that starts with "Molimo" in the condition. That will give you the option/value that was selected for that question. You may have read that for a SharePoint option column that you need to select the "Value" from Dynamic properties. With Forms it is not that complicated - just reference the option question.
I am assuming that multiple options cannot be selected.
Yes I already tried that, but funny even chosing "Molim" I am left with the same options and no choises displayed
You need to manually enter the choice yourself.
Hi Scott
Yes this does it, thank you very much for the solution.

Hello @ScottShearer
Need some more help on this 🙂
The emails just stopped working, don't understand why, everything is the same, and Flow shows everything godd, the excell sheet gets updated but no emails received.
How can I troubleshoot this please?
Step 1 to troubleshoot is to look at one of the runs where email has not been set.
Take a look at the email action. Is the email address as you expect? Also, take a look at the data available to you in the run for the other actions - is it as you expect it to be?
Can I get more details then this? Its just says that condition not satisfied, but its the correct form and email is good so not sure what is the problem 😞
Tnx
Take a look at the data returned for the Get response details action - is it as you expected?
What is your condition?
If you are referencing a choice column in the condition, are you referencing the "value" for the choice column?
What are the values supplied by the get response details action that are used in your condition?

This is the response
You need to look at the response details action and not the trigger.
Here is all:
