This is my first post.
MS Flow is realy awesome. I use it to support my daily work.
I use sharepoint lists to track the time I spend in several projects.
When creating a new entry, a MS Flow creates a new Trello card in one f my Trello Boards (Remember to write Invoice).
That works fine.
Now I want to set a column (Invoice done) in my sharepoint list to TRUE, after dragging the corresponding card to the Done-Column in Trello. The problem is, that I do not know how to store the unique identifier of the corresponding entry in the first flow, for usage in this flow.
Thanks in advance
Thank you for your reply.
correct. I would like to use the "ID" from the sharepoint row.
But when placing it to the trello-card, how can I reuse this ID to point to the row after dragging the card to the "done" column in a 2nd flow?
I'm not so familiar with trello, I don't know how to "done" it. it seems a status change for the same card. so I wondering if you can use the following flow use the property from the trello that is the ID
if it's status associated with the same card, we need to use other way to listen to the change to trigger a new flow.
You are right.
I think I have to go a step further and store the row-id of the sharepoint list entry together with the new created trello-card-id in an sql-server table.
Later, when the task in trello is complete (done) a new flow could search in the sql server-table for the card-id - get the corresponding row-id of the sharepoint list - and in the next step of the flow it might be possible to update the row (wich row-id i now know) of the sharepoint-list and set the done-column of the row to true.
I will try this and follow up later.
