How to update a people or group column - with Get Managerv2 action

I have a SharePoint List to track error's made by users
There are 2 columns (people or group)
Column1. User who made the error - user_abc
column2. Report to manager - manager of user_abc (Flow should fetch this data from AD and update the item)

Send an email to both this users from column 1 & 2

Flow Sturcture -

1. Start flow When an item is created in the list
2. Get user profile(v2) - Column 1 user who made the error
3. Get manger(v2)- fetch manager information form AD

i got this far and it works as expected-

Need help on how to get update the manger information in to the Sharepoint list (column 2)
Have to use the same variable generated from the 'Get Manager' action and reference it as dynamic content in an 'Update Item' action or get item.

Thanks in advanced for helping me out.

Hi @jean9681,

Do you want to update the field with the output value of the Get Manager action instead of the drop-down list option?

You could use the custom value to populate corresponding Dynamic Content, as below:

Please take a try.

@ Barry
Thank you so much for the help, I used the display name instead of email  and it works as i expected.
