The Microsoft Forms connector is fairly limited with very few definitions to work with. I'd personally send the Form results to a SharePoint List, then grab all of the data and content I need from that SharePoint List.

Flwo can certainly dynamically fill in fields for you. If you could provide an expanded screenshot of your Flow and steps, and of any detailed error messages you're receiving we could likely better assist you.

As for your issue, you need a Get rows present in table step and/or a Get tables step before you perform an Update a row. To call dynamic content, you must first add the step that provides the dynamic definitions. So, you'll nearly always have a Get action before an Add or Update action.

Hi @Rnorman3 ,
You could consider adding a question to Forms, which is used as Key Value, and the user needs to select the question when filling out the form.

Best Regards,
Thanks Barry, this is the closest I can see so far to a solution. However, for me, I cannot select "F Question" for the Key Value. "F Question" doesn't appear in my "Add dynamic content" selection list. I only see:
Answer to the question
Email address of responder who submitted the form.
Timestamp when a new response is submitted
Unique identifier of the response. Use with 'Get response details' action to fetch the content of the form response.
How do you see "F Question" and I can't? In the form i have made the question "Required".
Wait a sec Barry, i think you have an error here. When you select "F Question" from the dynamic selections, the form will return "The answer to the question" not the question. Is this the case? In this case it will not work.

Thanks, i'll start working on sharepoint list.
Sadly i'm realizing that using sharepont forms is s**t, because there's no way to get a unique identifier/key from a submitted form. The only thing that gets passed from the submitted form is the answer, which is useless when trying to update a list item - afterall you can't find the correct list item to update if you only have the answer!
Did you ever find out how to do this? I'm trying to do something similar and have been scouring the internet to try and find the answer.
Thanks
