How to use loop instead of creating 3 parallel branches?

Currently, I am creating 3 parallel branch to update the sets of fields below 1, 2 and 3. How do I use loop and variable? so that I only have 1 branch to maintain instead of 3. If someone can provide some guide or direction or resources online would be great.

Step 1: Get a row

MyNameField

Step 2: Update the following fields

NameField1

DateField1

NameField2

DateField2

NameField3

DateField3

I think I need a little more information to understand your issue.  Can you post a screen shot of your current Flow?

Kindly refer to my flow. Basically it is a simple flow to Get a Row and Update a row. The issue I am having is that I have 3 flows in parallel Claim 1, Claim 2 and Claim 3. The input for each of the Claim are different values thus the output will be 3 different sets of value updated to Claim 1, 2 and 3.

I want to use Variable and Loop to combine the 3 parallel into 1 so maintenance of the flows will be easier.
