I'm having trouble sending an approval email to an email in a sharepoint

I have an app for requesting equipment and that requires an approval, to approve the request, the email and all of the info that is submitted through the app goes to a sharepoint table, there is a column titled Email, which contains only properly formatted emails. For some reason when I make an approval step in my flow it will not accept approverEmail (the name of the connection to powerapps) whats going wrong here? there is a warning that reads : Cannot evaluate the parameter 'type' at design-time; it is empty or has a runtime expression.

Thank you,

Jonathan

Re: I'm having trouble sending an approval email to an email in a sharepoint

Hi @Anonymous,

Could you please share a screenshot of your flow's configuration?

Do you want to pass the Emails from your PowerApps app to Microsoft Flow?

Further, could you please share more details about your error message?

The error message told that the parameter 'type' could not be evaluated within your Microsoft Flow, please check if you have provided a proper value for parameter 'type'.

Please check and see if the following threads would help in your scenario:

More details about passing data from PowerApps app to Microsoft Flow, please check the following article:
