I want to write data in JSON format to Excel using Microsoft Flow

Hi, Guys.
I am having trouble locating the JSON result obtained from LUIS.
I want to put the result of the entity in the cell of Excel.
Is there a way to extract and deploy only entities?
I could do up to JSON parse, but I do not know what function to use after that.

//JSON//
[
 {
    "entity": "7/7/2019",
    "type": "date",
    "startIndex": 146,
    "endIndex": 156,
    "score": 0.98546
  },
  {
    "entity": "121",
    "type": "bestscore",
    "startIndex": 175,
    "endIndex": 181,
    "score": 0.9555959
  },
  {
    "entity": "Bowling tournament results",
    "type": "subject",
    "startIndex": 59,
    "endIndex": 81,
    "score": 0.999998
  }
]
q.PNG
Subject data in cell A1, best score in cell B1, date in cell C1.

Thanks.

Hi all,

Sorry for the late reply.

I was able to achieve what I wanted to do.

In the Key Value, the current time is initialized with a variable.3.PNG

Thank you all for teaching me.

I am very grateful.

Re: I want to write data in JSON format to Excel using Microsoft Flow

Once you've done the JSON parse the entities will all be available as dynamic content in Flow.  At that point you'll use a Loop to extract each entity and write it in whatever format you need.

Re: I want to write data in JSON format to Excel using Microsoft Flow

Thanks for the advice.

I came to understand.

I was able to get the values of the entities.

Sorry...

I do not know the placement of the decided element in the decided cell.

For example, I want to fix the "entity" of the element of "type": "date" when placed in the cell of C1.

I do not understand whether there is such a function.

Thanks.

Please look at the image. I made it like this.

Re: I want to write data in JSON format to Excel using Microsoft Flow

Hi @soooofunny ,

If the field in Update item action is not configured, the original field value will not be cleared, so the update here is the value of the field to be appended.

Based on this, we could use “Switch to” to update the corresponding fields according to type.

It is also recommended to use fields other than these three fields as the key column, otherwise the field values may not be updated properly.

Hope it helps.

Re: I want to write data in JSON format to Excel using Microsoft Flow

Thanks for the advice !!

I have understood that it is possible to arrange the entities as desired by using “Switch to”.

However, there is one thing that does not go well.

An error occurs in "Key Column" and "Key Value".

A new "Key" column has been created in Excel for the "Key Column".

And "Key Value" is set dynamically, but it becomes an error.

I tried to set the "Key Value" value to a fixed value (111), but it is no use.

Is my way of thinking wrong?

I hope to get help.

Thanks.

Hi @soooofunny ,

Please check if the Body of "List rows present in a table" contains the key column and key value you mentioned.
