If a respondent to a form clicks 'no' - I need to know!

Hi everyone

I hope you can help.

I am looking to build a customer satisfaction survey (I am thinking on a Form, but am open to suggestions at this stage).

I would like a notification to email me IF a customer is unhappy e.g.

Would you recommend us to a friend?

Answer: No

Or

They score us less than say 3/5 stars.

I am sure this must be a relatively straightforward Flow but I can not work out how to attach the condition to the relevant question on the Form.

Thanks in advance

Ben

Re: If a respondent to a form clicks 'no' - I need to know!

Hi @BenjaminSavage,

I have made a test on my side and the flow works well. Please take a try with the following workaround:

Use When a new response is submitted as a trigger, then get the submitted options via the Get response details action.

Configure Condition to determine that whether the submitted option is equal to No, and send an email notification if the condition is met.

If the Form is using Score, you only need to use int() function to conversion type in the Condition first, and then use is less than to determine if the Score is less than 3.

Take a try and feel free let me know if you have any question.

Barry
