I have a SharePoint list with completed MS Forms responses.
If any of the Yes/No columns equal "Yes", then I have a Manager Approval workflow that has a condition that checks whether any of the below questions are equal to Yes (true) and if so, the flow starts the Approval process and emails the manager.
Ideally, what I'm trying to do is work out how to compose the "true" values of the Yes/No columns and display only the ones that are actually "true" in the Approval notification that appears in the Teams Approval Hub and Outlook email.
Is this possible? Id probably want to group each response separately so that I can plug in the full naming for each question.
