If status value is X then output Y and return Y value to PVA

Hi everyone,

I have a PVA that gathers 1 input from the user, then with that, I run a "Get Items" action with a Filter Query.

The field I'm interested in is called "Ticket Status".

Sometimes the status value of this field is 'Rallied' but end-users don't understand what that means so I basically want to translate that to "In-Progress" and pass that string as a Return value to Power Virtual Agents.

I tried to do this as shown in my screenshots but I'm unable to pass this to PVA as it's a nested set of actions.

Any ideas?

Hello @F_Quint

For this, you would want to use a Variable action.

First use an 'Initialize variable'

Than instead of using 'Compose' in your if condition, use a 'Set variable' now you can use the Set variable outside the loop to pass back to PVA
