Import Exported Flow to Azure Logic Apps

Once you have exported the .json file from Flow - where does one import that as a template into Logic Apps?  I have searched online and not been able to find any documentation.

Re: Import Exported Flow to Azure Logic Apps

Hi WiggityZwiggity,

Are you trying to export Custom Connectors of Flow?

If yes, I am afraid that currently it is not possible. This work is on the backlog and PGs are working to deliver this within the next 6 months.

Please check this blog for a reference:
https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/import-export-bap-packages/

And hope this documentation about “Create custom APIs as connectors for logic apps” could be a reference for you:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/logic-apps/logic-apps-create-api-app

Re: Import Exported Flow to Azure Logic Apps

I really meant just Flow to Logic Apps

Like this - but I struggle with mapping the connections because I have prexisting connections to the same accounts in prexisting logic apps.

Re: Import Exported Flow to Azure Logic Apps

Hi WiggityZwiggity,

Thanks for clarification and sharing the blog.

Have you checked this part in this blog which is saying that if this is the first Logic app you are creating, then all the connections will be created new. However, if you have previously created connections, you can reuse connections across multiple Logic apps by entering the names of existing connections under Settings.

Have you tried to use the names of existing connections under settings?

Best regards,
Mabel Mao

I have tried that but get an API error upon import.
