I have some users who have access to Flow but when they try to import a Flow from the dev env they get an error which is "Sorry there's been a disconnect"
My own account which is a tenant admin canimport with no problem.
Any ideas? are there special permissions required on the Power Platform to import Flows?

It would appear that you need PowerApps access for the Flow import functionality to work. These users didn't have that.

Hi @PlanetWilson,
The error says "Sorry there's been a disconnect", so I guess it may be a connection error when you import the Flow into the development environment.
Before the user imports the Flow, you could let him check the permission of the connection in the exported Flow, such as the access permission to SharePoint.
Also, you could export a simple Flow without any elevated connection, then let user import it to test if it works.
