Import Updates to MS Planner with Power Automate

First, I am super new to Power Automate.  I am trying to create a Power Automate flow that imports updates to MS Planner (created in Teams) from an Excel spreadsheet.  My users have a Planner, and they export it to Excel, make updates, and want to import it back into MS Planner.  This isn't native functionality in Planner, but I've seen multiple threads that say it can be done with Power Automate.  However, none of those threads provide enough information, and screens/actions have changed.  I have created a flow, but I am an getting error.  I am not sure that my steps are correct to update all columns in the planner, and I can't get past the error message.

As it relates to the error message, originally, the Due Date column in my Excel file was a mix of string and date/time formats, so I formatted them all as date time and made sure they were consistent in the column (I had to do F2 + Enter to get everything really reformatted).  That didn't work.  I searched Community for the specific error but those results returned information I did not understand.   Screenshots attached.

The error is on the Due Date.error.png

Here is what my Due Date column looks like.

In the List rows present in a table, select the DateTime Format as ISO 8601:

Excel stores Date Time as integers. This setting should read the date in the correct format.

I changed the setting as you showed to ISO 8601 but got the same error.

If the above method did not work, you will need to convert the dates.
