Important emails to one note Invalid Connection error

Using the template.  OneNote gets verified as a connection, Outlook does not.   Another template (Save outlook attachments to Onenote template) worked fine and validated both connections.   I tried resetting connection, from #live to outlook 365 but also gave an invalid connection.  I believe template is insisting on a business account, but I believe I read that all accounts including personal are approved for Power Automate.  Help?
