Include Project Name in Sharepoint List Flow Email

i all,

I'm trying to extract and add the name of the Project to an email sent as part of a flow. The flow will run on a Project site (i.e a subsite of the PWA), and is linked to the Risk List. Use Case: new Risk created, or modified, the assignee receives an email which should also include which Project the Risk relates to.

The issue seems to be the Project Name not being included in the Dynamic Content list. This is strange since Risks do include this field when pulled via the Project Online API.

To meet the use case, I have as got as far as trying to 'List' the Project to enable the flow dynamic content to reference it in the email body, however unsure if this is the best way forward. Any advice on best way forward would be very welcome.

Thanks in advance,

Nick

Re: Include Project Name in Sharepoint List Flow Email

Hi @NGT1

In the List project action, you will have to provide the ID of the project. DO have a column in the SharePoint Risk list that has the Project detail?

If so, you can directly reference to that column in the email. And this flow will trigger only when a risk is created on the SP list. To trigger the flow when the item is modfied also, you should use the when an item is created or modified trigger.

Hope this Helps!
