Including Attachments from SharePoint list in Approval Flows

I am trying to create a flow where it will send an Approval Email, which includes any attachments from a SharePoint list Item. However, I am getting the below error on the Approval Email - any ideas why? 

What doesn't make sense is that the attachments work for a normal email as shown below, so I am lost as to why it is not working in an approval email

Here is the code I am using in the Append to Array Variable:
