Instant flow triggered from Dynamics BPF remains in 'processing' status

Hi,

I've created an instant flow that is triggered from a Dynamics BPF.

When clicking the Run flow action the instant is running and completing successful. But in the BPF the status remains 'processing' and it is therefore not possible to run the flow multiple times.

I've seen other questions/reported issues about instant flows but have not seen any solution...

Is this a known issue? Is there a way to rerun instant flows?

Thanks.

Hi @RenevM,

The issue may be caused by the Dynamic BPF action configuration, the values of the invalid field or the authentication.

Could you please share screenshots of your Flow configuration?

Hi @v-litu-msft ,

I have followed the step-by-step explanation in the online document about the Preview Instant flows in Dynamics BPFs.

This is the complete flow:

This flow is added as an action to a Dynamics BPF:

Hi @RenevM,

What's the browser are you using?

You can have a try to test it again on the Microsoft Edge (Chromium):

Hi @v-litu-msft ,

I use the Chrome browser. But for testing I installed the Edge browser you recommended.

Unfortunately, the result is the same. Once the instant flow is triggered by the Run Flow action in the D365 BPF, the action button is disabled and the button text changes to (and remains) processing, although the flow itself successfully completes.

I'm also wondering what the type of browser would have for effect on these server-side BPF and instant flow?

Could you explain a bit more on this?

Regards,

René
