Invalid JSON error

Hi Everyone,

I am receiving the following error when testing my flow which creates a task in planner when a message is posted on a team:

The request is invalid:
Invalid JSON. The property name '' is not valid. The name of a property cannot be empty.

This is triggered by an e-mail which is sent to the team, which then generates a message, translates the html to text, creates a task in planner using the subject line/body of the message, assigns the task to the relevant staff and updates the task details with the creation date etc. (A bit complicated but due to permissions in the workplace this was the best we could do.) This has worked fine for about a month until now.

Please see the task creation which failed below:

I would be grateful if you guys could share some ideas as to what may be causing this? As nothing has changed in the flow since it last worked, I'm at a loss here.

Please advise if you need more information and I will share it.

Kind Regards,

Anthony

Re: Invalid JSON error

Hi @AnthonyPH95,

Could you please share the screenshot of Flow configuration? Cause the error is invalid JSON, so it will have some configure error happen in the action.

I am not sure this is a connection overdue issue, but you can try to create a new connection of the Planner.
