Invalid dataset refresh request. Number of refresh requests in last 24 hours exceeded limit

Hi,

I'm building a very simple flow that refresh the Power BI report every 10 hours. (that is not exceeding 8 times per day limit).
But I still get this error: Invalid dataset refresh request. Number of refresh requests in last 24 hours exceeded limit
Could you please help? Thanks!

I have PRO license on Power BI.

Ideally, I want it to be refreshed as more times as possible, I was setting refresh every 10 mins, but then I realized there's 8 times limit on refreshes per day, so I just set to 10 hours per day just to test the flow to see if it's working. Unfortunately, even setting to refresh 10 hours per day, I still get this error message:

Hi @bpwendy,

The data-refresh Power BI limits datasets on shared capacity to eight daily refreshes. Please make sure if you are using the shared capacity with other people.

And you could also have a try after your refresh PowerBI dataset exceeded the limit from last time 24 hours.

I'm getting this error even though I'm only refreshing my dataset 8 times a day... Is this normal?

Are you saying that if our organization has 1,000 employees, then all 1,000 employees have to share the 8 refreshes per day?  

I found this thread because my flow is set to refresh every 18 hours (1-2 times per day) and it's failing EVERY time with the same error:

I'm not sure how you expect 1k+ people to share 8 refreshes per day.  I sincerely hope I misread what you said.  I also hope there's a way to fix this exceeded refresh requests per day error.

is there a way to increase the 8 times limit for reloading in power automate a Microsoft Power Bi? i have also a pro version and i get 

this message

Not sure why this answer was marked as a solution.... It doesn't seem to answer the question. I have a similar issue. The flow is shared but it is the only flow in our organization that refreshes this dataset. It runs every 6 hours (4 refreshes per day). Why am I getting this message?
