Invalid request error 400- add attachments from one drive to sharepoint list

Hi All,

I do have an excel list, which I should upload to a Sharepoint list. Furthermore, this excel list contains 3 attachments per line( this pictures are in a onedrive folder). When I'd like to get file content, I getting the following error:

Any idea, what I am doing wrong? Can the problem be that the images are not in my Onedrive?
