HI @ahmadbutt

I think your view is not saved. The "Alle items*" has a *. Please save it and try again.

All data that you see on the view will be exported to Excel, but since the view is not saved, it will export based on the previous view.

Makes sense?

Hi @ahmadbutt

When you press "Export to excel" what you're doing is exporting a query that will link directly with the items in SharePoint. The data is still in SharePoint; what you're doing is fetching it on the fly.

By your screenshot, the view only contains the "Titel," that's why the information displayed in Excel only includes that data. To show all the data, you need to build a view with the data you want to export so that excel can fetch it.

Don't forget that this information is fetched from SharePoint. If you want to keep data in Excel, save it to keep the data snapshot at the moment.

Makes sense?
