Is it possible to extra a specific row inside of an array?

If I have an array with X rows (dynamic), but I need to extract a row of data from the array at a specific index, how is that possible? I was able to do that in Nintex, but not in Power Automate.  I'm expecting an expression that goes like Extract({array}, 2) but cannot find anything like it. I tried SKIP and TAKE but no luck...

MS support has been completely useless. 😞

Any thoughts from the pros?
