A CSV (comma-separated values) file is any file containing text that is separated with a comma, but can also be a file separated with any other character.
If you want to make it like a table, you could consider creating an Excel table by adding add a row into a table action.

Hi @ahmadbutt a CSV is simply a text file, which contains no formatting, so unfortunately you can't put a border into it.
