Is there a possibility to Approve/Reject by Item in the same Flow?

Hello All,

I wanted to ask if there is the possibility of approving/rejecting multiple Items differently in the same Approval Flow or not.

For Example if a Forms Submission is the Trigger, with the Request for joining 3 different Training Sessions the Supervisor can choose to approve/reject according to Training instead of approving/rejecting all at once.

If there is any such possibility please let me know or any other way to get this Result.

hi @Vargas  yes you can if you use the action start a wait for an approval an select the option everyone must approve, then in outcome you are going to see all people per response if they marks on approve or reject

Hello @ChristianAbata thanks for the reply but this isn't the point I was looking for, please let me clarify.

In our case we have only 1 Person who approves/rejects. The thing we want to change is if in a MS Form you have 3 Training with each 2 Sessions:

Training 1

 - Session 1

 - Session 2

Training 2

 - Session 1

 - Session 2

Training 3

 - Session 1

 - Session 2

Now we would like for the Person to approve each Training, itself instead of all together but of course without having to send an email for each approval.

hi @ChristianAbata this is what we are using right now since you can decide the amount of outcomes but this still isn't optimal considering you can always only choose one and if the number of combinations rises the amount of buttons/choices needed is just too much.

Seems like right now there is no easy way to approve/reject by Item.
