I have a several step approval process flow for an application form. The approvals go to different people based on the applicants job role and region, because of this they are set as individual approvals rather than 'all must approve', as I wanted a series approval.
For most applicants this is a three staged approval process but due to the teams functionality they receive a notification in teams 'Final status: approved' at the end of each approval. Can I turn this off in the flow somehow? I don't want to confuse the candidate thinking the whole application has been approved rather than just one stage because reading 'final status: approved' gives that inclination.
I do not have the ability to change teams setting on a company basis so if I could turn these off as part of the flow for only this flow that would be hugely beneficial. This factor would probably determine whether I could roll out the use of this form for our organisation.
