Is there a way to attach an attachment to an email, and then send out the email from template?

Hi,

I am using cloud flow in Power Automate with Dataverse. I have a flow that output a pdf content that I want to attach to an email and send the email out using an email template? Is there a way to attach an attachment to an email, and then send out the email from template? NOTE: the attachment is dynamically generated from a step in the flow.
I have tried the following.

1. I have tried using the SendEmailFromTemplate action:
   • this does sends out the email from template, but I don't see any way that you can add attachment to this.
2. I have also tried the following:
   • Create a record (email) 
   • Create a record (attachment) and associate the attachment to the email.
   • Use SendEmail action to send the email.

* Option 2 above works by sending out the email with the attachment, but its not using an email template.

Is there a way to achieve what I want to do?

I couldn't find a "Send email from template" action - is that something custom?

How different is a template from a handcrafted HTML body?
