Is there a way to have a PDF locked to be view only when its created using flow?

I have a simple flow that converts a word doc to PDF. Is there an action that I can insert that will allow the PDFs to be read-only? Here is the flow. Thanks!

That is not a feature available in the built-in connector.  I'm not sure there are any third party connectors that will do it either.
