Issue on results not appearing

Hi...running a flow that pulls data from Dynamics. I noticed that I'm missing some records, let's say record A. If I add the record as an additional condition, the Flow returns the record A:

Example on the original action:

1.PNG

WIth this I'm not getting the taskid ST165317

Adding a missing record at the end as "AND"

2.PNG

With this I get the taskid ST165317.

BTW, I already tried increasing the threshold of the pagination to 100000

Any clue?

Thanks!

Ezequiel

Hi @ezequiel

From the filter query are you expecting single record or multiple?

Thanks

Hi @abm ...from the original query I expect to get multiple tasks. Is that your question?

Thanks!

Hi @ezequiel ,

I'm afraid that the List tasks action could only get limited items so that the taskid ST165317 is missed from the output of the List tasks action.

The only way is to add more detail condition so that the List tasks action could get all the items that meet your needs, and the count of needs items couldn't more than the limit.

And I see you don't add the '' to the date in the Filter query:

Hi @v-alzhan-msft

Thanks for the reply. When adding the '' in the condition I'm getting a 400 error, reason I'm not using. Actually the query works without the '', but the problem is the result itself. About your other suggestion I don't have more conditions. Actually I'm putting more conditions before this action to limit the results even more. Is there any suggestion?

Thanks,

Ezequiel

Hi @ezequiel ,

I'm afraid that there is no any other way except add more details condition since your have the large mount of rows.

And I have seen a solution to add multiple List tasks action, each check for the item title begin with A, then B, then C....and until Z.

or you could consider for Arabic numbers 0,1,2,3,...9

Best regards,

Hi @ezequiel

Use CDS connector (Default Environment) and filter query using fetchXML to get all the records using pagination. Please see below.

https://www.inogic.com/blog/2019/10/how-to-get-paging-cookie-while-retrieving-data-using-fetch-xml-q...

To access the CDS connector default environment, create a solution, then create flow, search for common data service. Here you can see two connectors. Select the default environment.

Hope this helps.

Thanks
