Issue with building flow for finding the last Friday of the month for a recurrence flow

I'm building a flow starting with a recurrence once a month, but I want it to run on the last Friday of every month.

I've set up the flow as below but I'm getting this error message: Flow save failed with code 'InvalidTemplate' and message 'The template validation failed: 'Template language expression cannot be evaluated: the default fired trigger is not defined at current scope. '.'.

The actions I'm using in condition are:

formatDateTime(addDays(outputs(triggerOutputs()),7),'MM')

formatDateTime(outputs(triggerOutputs()),'MM')

dayOfWeek(outputs(triggerOutputs()))

And if this only runs once a month, it’s not going to trigger when you want it as 1 month later may not be the last Friday of the month.

Try using a weekly recurrence set to only run on Fridays. 
Then create a trigger condition to check whether it is the last Friday or the 4th Friday of the month.
