Issue with posting message back into teams when authorising a customer approval from business central

Hi All

I have created a standard flow from template "request approval for Dynamics 365 business central customer"

when the approval is approved I have added an action to post a message in MS teams.  The approval workflow runs, and the email is sent to the approver if a customer is created in D365BC with a credit limit over 5K.   The request can be approved via email but no message is put into the teams sales channel.  Also no email is going back to the requester to say the approval has been granted or rejected.

Getting a 403 forbidden error message in teams within the flow coming back and an issue with the token on the requester email.

The Flow logic looks fine, I am not certain what would be causing the error on that side of things. I would recommend opening a ticket with Microsoft Support on this, since this appears to be some kind of issue with the connector. I will include a link below; on creating a ticket with them if you would like to go down that path, otherwise if any other communities members might know what is causing this feel free to chime in.

If you would like to create a ticket with Microsoft Customer Support here is a link on how to do so:
