Join SharePoint list with SQL query results

So I am new to the MS Flow and I hit a roadblock. What I want to do i schedule the flow to query the database and update the Sharepoint list based on the availabe string matches.

Example 

SQL Query Results

ID    Name

1     CC1

2     CC2

3     CC3

 

SharePoint list (after join and updated records):

ID    Name    Query ID

1     CC2       2

2     CC4

3     CC1      1

 

I have gotten this far:
