Join function returns JSON, instead of Value

I try to build a flow where i want to have a string of values from an array. The array is the output of a other function called MoveRegions_DeDuplicate. THis works so far. But when i now create a string with

join(outputs('MoveRegions_DeDuplicate'),','), i get a a list of JSON objects in the form of

{"@odata.type":"#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedReference","Id":1,"Value":"2"},{"@odata.type":"#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedReference","Id":2,"Value":"3"},{"@odata.type":"#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedReference","Id":3,"Value":"4"}

But all what i expected was a string like 2,3,4

How can i get my string?

Hi!

It looks outputs('MoveRegions_DeDuplicate') is an array whose elements are objects.

If my assumption is correct, I would try the following

Flow_joinObjects.png

Please note in my example I am using a variable called 'myInputArray', just replace i and use your input instead. Also note the trick with 'Select' is to switch to text mode by clicking the icon on the right

Hope this helps
